This is a large (15-20 people) who have been infected by the Bone Thugs’ ghost meth. They are essentially berserk, driven by the crazed impulses fed into their brains by the shattered ghosts that the Bone Thugs use to give their meth its extra kick. The hosts are, of course, moderately innocent, so killing them may not be the full heroic route.
